Vityazes (Russia)
These riders formed a feudal (boyar) cavalry in Russia. The knights were equipped with armor (ring mails and steel plates) and armed with sabers,
lances, polehammers or maces, and pistols. Their characteristic features were great fighting skills and morale stability. Traditionally, heavy infantry
dominated in Russian army, therefore heavy cavalry was not too numerous. Also Vityazes' cold steel wielding and horse riding were equally perfect.
